How Can Schools Use Data to Increase Retention?

We held our final webinar of 2015 yesterday. In conjunction with AISAP, we presented on implementing a powerful and innovative retention plan. After all, reducing attrition and increasing retention is half the battle in admissions. Our approach to retention involves a three pronged attack: research/program evaluation, team alignment and marketing the strengths of the faculty. This is a forensic and strategic approach which demands focus and patience, but since it is grounded in research and goal oriented, it will produce significant results on several fronts. Feynman School Chooses Gowan Group

Feynman School in Bethesda, MD has selected Gowan Group to mentor their founding partners in governance, fundraising, program design and marketing. Gowan Group will continue to guide Feynman School through January, 2016.

A new school of five years old and approximately 60 students, Feynman is a small school by design as its mission is focused on teaching students who are designated as gifted learners. EF Academy Partners with Gowan Group

EF Academy in Thornwood, NY selected Gowan Group to guide their administrative team in a collaborative and strategic movement to accomplish their annual team goals. With Gowan Group’s guidance, the EF team will focus on completing a mini strategic plan towards remaining one of the premiere International Schools in the world.
