After all, reducing attrition and increasing retention is half the battle in admissions. Our approach to retention involves a three pronged attack: research/program evaluation, team alignment and marketing the strengths of the faculty. This is a forensic and strategic approach which demands focus and patience, but since it is grounded in research and goal oriented, it will produce significant results on several fronts. EF Academy Partners with Gowan Group

Unknown EF Academy in Thornwood, NY selected Gowan Group to guide their administrative team in a collaborative and strategic movement to accomplish their annual team goals. With Gowan Group’s guidance, the EF team will focus on completing a mini strategic plan towards remaining one of the premiere International Schools in the world. Gowan Group will continue to guide EF Academy through June, 2016.
