How Can Schools Use Data to Increase Retention?

We held our final webinar of 2015 yesterday. In conjunction with AISAP, we presented on implementing a powerful and innovative retention plan. After all, reducing attrition and increasing retention is half the battle in admissions. Our approach to retention involves a three pronged attack: research/program evaluation, team alignment and marketing the strengths of the faculty. This is a forensic and strategic approach which demands focus and patience, but since it is grounded in research and goal oriented, it will produce significant results on several fronts. Click below to listen in on the webinar and if you would like to learn how we can implement this program at your own school, give us a call.
