Newgrange School and The Laurel School of Princeton

Gowan Group has been retained by Newgrange School, INC, located in Princeton, New Jersey, to conduct three national searches for Director of Admissions, Director of Annual Giving, and Director of Innovation and Strategy. The starting date for all three of the positions is July 1, 2020.

The Newgrange School, INC is a non-profit independent school organization dedicated to educating students with learning differences. Newgrange, INC consists of The Laurel School of Princeton, The Newgrange School, and the Ann Robinowitz Educational Center. The Newgrange School of Princeton, Inc. was founded in 1977 and is a State of New Jersey approved school for students ages 7 through 21 with language-based learning differences. The Newgrange Education Center, recently renamed the Ann Robinowitz Education Center, was founded in 1991 and offers the highest quality professional development and education consultations for students and professionals. The Laurel School of Princeton opened its doors in 2012.  It is the newest component of the Newgrange family of services that focuses exclusively on developmental dyslexia.  

This is an exciting time for Newgrange, INC. The Newgrange School and The Laurel School of Princeton are moving into a beautiful new facility in Princeton, NJ. Bright and spacious, the new campus is ideal for both schools to coexist and complement each other and will be fully renovated and ready for Summer programs on June 1, 2020. The faculty is made up of leaders in their field, influencers among the world of learning differences.

The successful candidates will be visionary, dynamic and charismatic leaders to help the Newgrange School, INC to grow in sophistication and ability to guide and lead its talented students. 

The ideal candidates will be experienced, entrepreneurial in spirit, and community focused professionals.  They will work closely with a sharp, innovative, and visionary Head of School in Tim Viands.
